"Good central location, and pleasant reception staff. A bit dated and disorganised with stuff lying around on the third floor. Rooms quite small. Noisy cleaners talking loudly (shouting) in the morning. I’m sure there are better places to stay in Angouleme."

"Everything you need for a wind-down in the country. All you could need is provided in the clean and comfortable gite. Not quite silence - there are sheep a couple of fields away and the hum of insects gorging on the flowers. Walks through the fields and woods in the area from the front door. Genial hosts with good local knowledge, friendly and discrete. "
