"Helpful staff. We initially had a room (balcony with lake view) with communicating door. Due to noisy neighbour we were reallocated to another room by very helpful hotel receptionist and porter. Our reallocated room was spacious but hotel was not very generous with their toiletries provision. Breakfast menu limited choice and presentation could be improved. Breakfast on day left much to be desired: plates cold, toasts were soggy, food lukewarm, not appetising. Better attempt the next day...

"Check-in after midnight was smooth, but unfortunately the experience after that was disappointing. The night staff told me I could check out at 11:30am. However, when I called in the morning to extend my stay, I was told checkout was strictly at 11:00am. "This apartment was value for money and a great place to stay especially for several couples. We were 3 couples and so all had a bathroom. It has wonderful views from all levels, of the sea. The apartment has a great kitchen fully stocked with utensils but if you don't feel like cooking there is a great bristro only two doors down."
