"First of all, they kept me awaiting at the lobby for 45 minutes even though I arrived past 2 PM check in time. The room was not serviced the next day when I returned to hotel from shopping outside. Nobody says sorry for any mishaps. Nobody says it will be fixed right the way. Breakfast buffet had very limited choice. I found a huge cockroach in the breakfast room in a corner next to my table. Service is really bad at this hotel. Stay away."

"Receptionists are extremely nice and extremely helpful. Quick actions when needed. Very efficient. The only problem I encountered is that it is extremely noisy and very hard to sleep. The other problem I encountered, there is no continental breakfast only local food for breakfast but when one order fried eggs, he/she will get it. No fruits and no proper cheese. For one night, it was OK!"
