"Hotel de Su Merced is a beautiful hotel throughout! The courtyard and each floor's multiple terraces all have great views. The whole hotel feels like a garden house, and it's well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. Also the hotel is very well located, convenient walking distances to many attractions, museums and restaurants. "Really nice hotel, room was spacious and clean, all rhe staff were friendly, i atrived at 7am and was able to check in straight away. Breakfast staff were always attentive amd very good breakfast selection. The location is amazing right next to the main square amd all the restaurant. One of the best hotels ive stayed at in South America and great value for money. Thank you "

"Great hotel, friendly helpful staff. Great location. Nice decor and courtyards. Laundry service was efficient though I garment was shrunk - though this was laundered by a third party service. Would recommend this hotel. Exceeded our expectations relative to budget"
