"Lovely place. Neat clean and had everything we needed. Only used it to sleep and eat and go out again as we were there for our childs sporting carnival. The only trouble we had was one of the split systems kept tripping in one of the bed rooms and needed to keep reseting outside at the unit. It was a little chilly over the weekend in VIC, so really needed it to just work."

"It is a block of flats opposite a 6 lane highway so it is very noisy. It smelt strongly of curry. Both bathroom showers were blocked and they were notified before 8am. It took many messages interrupting our day a lot. They wanted photos, then videos, which had to be sent to a different person. Showers only fixed the following day. We could not be in the building for the day it was being fixed as there is only one key for all to use. There were not enough bowls, spoons, mugs for 4 people. Forks...

"The house was beautiful for a few days off. The owner came down a day before we checked out and he was wonderful. However cleanliness was just not to standard. We paid for air fresheners, rubbish bags, toilet paper, cleaning wipes and sprays. The pool was unclean and wasn’t usable as the agent initially telling us to just flick the switch on then claimed that it didn’t work. Wasn’t until the owner came down a day before check out that it was fixed but it was too cold that day. Overall was really...
