"Our beds were super uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. The room did not feel clean and there was a lot of dust and dirt buildup in the corners and around the outside of the shower in the bathroom. For the price I didn’t really expect much and wouldn’t stay here again. Location is the only thing that this hotel has got going for it. The staff I encountered were lovely and friendly too."

"Good location and services"

"Hidden gem. Hotel, facilities and room still very new and very clean. Gym was great with a cold water station. Free city team directly outside. Staff always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend"

"Only issue was the spa being worked on the Monday morning we were leaving so we couldn’t use it and there was no prior warning to that happening"

"Great hotel. Very handy location near Collins Street and Southern across station. Super chic decor and styling. Very arty but still luxe. Pool is great, as is top floor restaurant/breakfast."

"It was beautiful stay, perfect for a romantic staycation. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the very best experience."
