"Nuestra llegada fue a las 20 horas, con una habitación sucia, llena de cabellos, sábanas sucias y húmedas, fue el personal de recepción y corroboró la condiciones, nos ofrecen otra habitación y nos llevan, en esta ni siquiera estaba en servicio, sin ropa y todo mal, nos vuelven a cambiar de habitación.
En el restaurante pedí una pechuga asada y venía congelada y cruda. Nos ofrecen podtre por el mal momento"
