"The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and visually impressive. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had hot water consistently, and overall the property had a high-end appearance. While the shower pressure could have been stronger, the accommodations themselves were enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the quality of the hotel. Throughout my entire stay, there was only one staff member at the very end of my trip who spoke...

"The Izza hotel is in a good position in the older part of the city. I walked from the bus station and it was an easy walk to all of the centro historico areas and into the newer part of Cochabamba. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. My room was above the street and it was quite noisy but you could ask for a room further away from the street. Like many Bolivian hotels the shower was not very hot. Overall a nice little hotel that is convenient and practical."

Sin duda recomiendo hospedarse aquí. "
