"La experiencia que tuve en Riu Playa Blanca ha sido excelente, todo el personal fue super amable y unicos, el servicio en el bar por Jose Samaniego fue espectacular, la comida de los restauranteS para cena excelente, el buffet almuerzo podria decir es regular, el buffet comida ea regular. Mi habitacion siempre la limpiaron bien; nomas podria decir que necesitan nuevas almohadas. El personal del lobby para hacer check in super efectivos al hacerlo rapido y efectivo; Domingo empleado del lobby me ayudo a ordenar flores para mi pareja, super detallado y muy amables, gracias por todo."

Ivan in the bar/lounge was just as gracious and poured us several great cocktails. We had a blast with Luis who drove us to a nearby restaurant on the resort property. His English was wonderful, and his stories were welcomed. EVERYONE at the facility was warm and greeted us with smiles. Our room was clean, the views spectacular, and the prices fair.
