"The hotel is a cute and homey stay. They do need to update the heaters in the rooms though. The rooms get so hot and the temperature knob is hard to get just right. They're also extremely loud. The tv constantly makes a high pitch buzzing noise as well. The hotel sitting area around the fireplace is nice and the game room is fun. Its nice to have a restaurant on site as well a bar. Overall it was okay, we wanted to love it but couldn't get past the heater."

"The receptionist working on 11/2/26 at 3:30 AM was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The day before, when I checked, I had scheduled shuttle transportation for my husband and me, but they had only booked one person instead of two. As a result, there was only space for one person on the shuttle, so we couldn’t get on. She requested a Lyft for my husband and me to get us to the airport."

"Very nice"

"Great location and views. Room is fine but bathroom is small."

"My boyfriend and I loved our stay at the Estes Mountain Inn. It’s conveniently located, super clean and comfortable, and the staff is amazing! Also, loved that they actually had real ceramic mugs for your morning coffee in the room vs the plastic stuff. Such a nice touch! Thank you for an amazing stay!"
