"Todo estuvo muy bien solo falto jabon en la regadera."

"As usual the Hotel Colorado delivered on ambiance and substance."

"Clean and nice"

"I felt very taken care of and was relaxed my emtire stay."

"The rooms are not cleaned well, debris in corners and most noticeable was the various stains on the top comforter. I called in to get a new comforter and was told their employees are not allowed to remove those (for washing) due to safety concerns. I insisted it was a safety concern for a paying customer and they proceeded to remove it for me. It was shocking to get that as a response. In addition, trying to order room service (in room dining) was a 45 min adventure. Online they advertise it but...

"The hotel is a cute and homey stay. They do need to update the heaters in the rooms though. The rooms get so hot and the temperature knob is hard to get just right. They're also extremely loud. The tv constantly makes a high pitch buzzing noise as well. The hotel sitting area around the fireplace is nice and the game room is fun. Its nice to have a restaurant on site as well a bar. Overall it was okay, we wanted to love it but couldn't get past the heater."

"Wonderful staff, comfortable bed and beautiful view. The popcorn and s’mores were a great addition. I was a little worried when I booked it because of the great price. It was a perfect stay for what we needed. The bathroom was a little tight but not a deal breaker. A few minutes out of town but close enough. I would definitely stay again."

"The two male bartenders weren’t friendly. They seemed miserable and like they didn’t want to be there. I would definitely recommend hiring better bartenders to draw in more customers."

"The pool with slide was amazing! Great location. Good breakfast. Spacious room."

"Room was good great view of mountains, Tv only worked sometimes internet was sketchy at best."

"Everything was excellent overall. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. The only small disappointment was that we needed an electric kettle, which was listed among the kitchen amenities in the room description. Everything else was provided except the kettle. When we asked at the front desk, we were told that they didn't have any available. It would be great if this amenity could actually be provided as advertised. Other than that, we really enjoyed our...

"Loved the view!"

"Small, but very quaint room. Staff was great. Breakfast was cozy chatting with other guests. Coffee mugs were big and nice. We asked and were able to purchase them."

"Staff was so friendly and amazing. This place is just beautiful and we had so much fun. We will definitely be back again and going to tell others it’s a must see place to visit."
