"Big tourist trap. No parking available or very difficult to find because of all the tours and people coming for those. A complete zoo, basically with all the tours going on in the evenings and later. Room was fairly clean but not spectacular, hallways haven’t been cleaned since the movie was shot it seems. Very thin walls between rooms and above and below. Tons of construction right now. Our view was of scaffolding, but that’s ok. They have way too many people coming here for tours. It’s wild....

"Staff was helpful & friendly. Ate 3 meals in restaurant. First two were excellent. Third meal, my chicken piccata was inedibly tough. I sent it back & ordered a burger which was ok. The waitress indicated that this wasn’t the first complaint about the chicken. The disheartening part was no offer of a comp or even a discount. The manager said “two out of three is good, right?”!!! Seriously???"

"The atmosphere, the staff, the quality, all fantastic. I'd stay anytime given the opportunity!"

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good."

"The rooms are very clean with all of the conveniences of home. There is a hotel shuttle as well as a free bus that stops right outside of the hotel. We have stayed here two years in a row. Staff is very friendly,"

"Everything was good"

"Fun trip! Loved the hot tub!"

"Staff were great and you can tell this was a spectacular place once upon a time. There seems to be a lot of deferred maintenance. For the price, I expected nicer."

"Free breakfast"

"Nice location. Lovely large rooms. So suggest you go to Costco.com and order decent pillows. ALL of the pillows in the room were the lumpy old foam. And serve real eggs for breakfast."

"We had a great stay at Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the location was very convenient for exploring downtown. The only downside was the noise from outside, especially at night, which is understandable given the downtown location. One tip for anyone driving: the hotel’s parking is $59 per day, but there’s another parking garage just about a 3-minute walk away that has a $19 daily maximum. We parked there overnight and were only charged $7 from the evening...
