"This was a wonderful discovery! Beautiful tranquil setting with a charming host. The property is accessible via a quaint forest road. Having meals on our veranda overlooking the lake was a wonderful break. "Beeindruckendes Chateau. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Möblierung unserer Suite entsprach allerdings nicht dem Standard des Gebäudes. Da es im Hotel kein Restaurant gibt und in Villiersexel nur 2 Lokale sollten sich Gäste über deren Öffnungszeiten informieren um nicht hungrig zu bleiben."

"The hospitality and kindness of Phillipe and his wife were wonderful. Cold and rainy day was warmed up by their arranging dinner at a local restaurant (excellent) and then driving me to it! Unique cabin by their swimming pool was charming. Please note bathroom and kitchen were in an adjacent house - I would stay again! Thanks for everything. Especially the early morning drive to the train station. Merci."
