"Lovely looking chateaux from the outside- great staff . Nice pool and spa . Unfortunately the inside of the property doesn’t have the character remaining in most of the rooms , and some of the decor is odd and not in keeping with the standard of finish I would expect in such an elegant building . Had a nice stay though , and all the staff were hard working and very attentive "

"Terrible service Was told that they had twin rooms so I booked the hotel. Only when we got there no twin rooms and no other rooms available. Had to book another hotel at extra cost 6 miles away at £200 Hotel is a rip off. Other hotels in the area are full of prostitution was told by the front desk. Horrible find another"

"I found the staff very helpful and pleasant. We parked nearby as the hotel’s lot was full; everything was fine. It was a bit stuffy in the room and the a/c didn’t work. We opened the window and it was surprisingly not noisy, even though we were facing the train station."
