We have stayed in highend hotels all over the world but they lack the friendly want to help touch. Although this is not high end hotel its very clean and the staff make up for everything else. "Lovely clean comfy room. Had a bit of trouble with the heating not staying on, but this may be because we are not familiar with using this style of heating. Staff very helpful especially in advising that just down the road were Laundromat style facilities."
