"The tub in 320, 5 Pines needs mold removal and new caulk. The tub itself was clean, but it looked very bad around the edges"

"The best! Location, rooms, experience all is A+ top notch. We have stayed here many times over the past few years and it’s always a perfect stay!!"

"Nice place and a great value! The self check-in threw me off at first but it's actually pretty cool and convenient."

"The room had dead beetles in the window sill. The windows also had gaps at the edge of the screens. Could have been cleaner."

"This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in and I travel quite a bit. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The main area is absolutely gorgeous. The best thing was the staff though. They bent over backwards for us… that and of course the sauna!"

"Rooms on lake attract a lot of bugs but overall good amenities."

"I appreciate the online check-in option. It made the process very easily. The furniture and carpet appeared to be new-“ish,” but holy, did our room reek of stale cigarettes. The bed appeared clean and was relatively comfortable. The floor of the shower was dark gray from years of wear and there was mildew on the caulk.
