"Had an amazing two weeks, didn’t want to come home!!"

"Staff could have been a little more helpful"

"My experience was mixed. The front-desk staff were pleasant and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, my experience at the beach restaurant was disappointing. The service was slow, and I felt as though I had to approach the staff myself to follow up on my order rather than being attended to in a timely manner. I expected a more attentive and consistent level of service throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the experience at the beach restaurant left me feeling overlooked and not fully taken...

A gastronomia também nos surpreendeu positivamente, com comida deliciosa e de ótima...

"Amazing visit Thank you so much for all your help We definitely coming back again !!"

"Excellent service all round"

The staff was helpful to a certain extent. They were speaking Spanish to one another & smirking when I requested to change rooms , & acted like it was coming out of their paycheck. I guess they thought I couldn’t speak Spanish. Well you never know who’s bilingual & who’s not. They did not inform the person at the front desk , so when it...
