"One of the best hotel stays I have ever had. Exceptional room, clean quiet and comfortable . The staff were amazing and willing to help with any problem—there was a pillow concierge! Even with a higher occupancy the resort didn’t feel crowded. Buffet breakfast was great as were the themed evening meals. Ate at the Italian restaraunt on site—what a great room! "Great location, staff are super nice Some suggestions but nothing that has spoiled our experience - breakfast mushrooms always tasted of vinegar, vegetarian meals need a bit of focus/care. On our second week the hotel was deluged by young children which spoiled the harmony and we were surprised that the adult pool area had also been taken over so we didn't use the pool that week. Hotel close to all bars and restaurants and parking was easy "

"We were the first checked in after they refined and reopened. Even though still unfinished refining… Was excellent service from all of staffs. Really enjoyed staying,all smiling faces especially Katerina, Alex, Aristos,Roshan,Andrea…Agatha..pool attendants..all were very diligent and organized workers..and sorry can’t remember all staff’s name. First impression of Cyprus is really unforgettable. Would really love to stay if our holiday in Cyprus again. Hopefully more warmer weather...

"Lovely area and great views, quiet/tranquil stay. However, gym was more a room with 1 treadmill, stationary bike and rowing maching each, no weights. And never received the VIP access package from Expedia - albeit ours was a relatively last minute booking. But overall nice place to stay with friendly staff."
