We were told by maintainence that the pump was broken hence the build up. So we were very disappointed that we couldn't use the pool as our baby is only 5 months old & didn't want to risk it. "The water park was closed due to maintenance (did not know that until we came there?) . But the positive thing is we could make use from another hotel the water park and all inclusive facilities. We had luck that we had a car to go there. The other hotel was much better than Electra. The airco was good in our hotel room. The mini disco was great. Our kids loved it. The food was average, but ok. "
