The front desk staff is exceptional. I had a train ticket that I needed help changing. They contacted the call center and worked everything out.

"Hotel overall was excellent and I'd recommend it. Great breakfast options with friendly staff constantly restocking items and brewing fresh coffee. Enjoyed having an indoor pool with lots of children's toys, but had to pay per person to use it and the room was very dark with no lights. "
