"We had booked a space that was supposed to sleep 6 people (3 couples) but the pull out couch seemed to be broken and wouldn't pull out at all. "7 of us stayed over New Year and I think were the only residents because on leaving we were told our luggage couldn't be stored for the day because they were closing the hotel. However, the rooms were good, it was very quiet, breakfast was adequate but unmonitored. E.g. orange juice ran out quickly and no one refilled it. "This hotel and restaurant Was very disappointing since it has much potential. The room was quite nice, clean and large. The hotel description indicated air conditioning however none was in the room, so 30°C day feels incredibly hot in an upper loft-style room. The bars in the town are open late and you can hear everything on the street. The restaurant should be avoided. "We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Thank you for letting us check in when we arrived much earlier. We liked that they serve good quality breakfast. Location was good, walkable to old town, Prague Castle and other interesting sights. The surroundings including the hotel, which is located under the Charles bridge are picturesque. Will surely recommend Hotel Certovka to friends traveling to Prague."
