"They didn't have laundry services, which I think would be a good basic addition. Everything great otherwise! Definitely get the rooms facing the north west out over the valley."

"Building is amazing perched on the hillside and the staff were lovely."

"Sterling Darjeeling is a great place to stay for a trip to the area. The location is much better than anything close to the mall. You can avoid all the traffic and noise of central Darjeeling. Views of the valley and surround mountains are great. The staff is very helpful. If you’re traveling from the airport, you will get to the property much faster (hours) than any place close to the mall because of all the traffic even though it’s only a few kilometers away. "Thank you staff of Ging tea house for making my dad’s birthday a very memorable and a special one . He came back home happy and relaxed. The food , the rooms , the staff were very helpful."

"The staff were great. The location was perfect and close to main Darjeeling mall. The floors in the room and multiple junctions in the lobby area are uneven which may cause discomfort and extra attention especially for elderly people."

"Family friendlly, Delicious Breakfast"

Nestled within the peaceful Sanyasi Tea Estate, the resort offers a serene and tranquil environment that made our stay incredibly rejuvenating. What truly sets this place apart is the warmth and attentiveness of its staff. They went above and beyond to personalize our experience and catered to our every need with genuine care. "Clean room , staffs are good, by my side the hotel is best at budget friendly"

"The staff are amazing. Incredibly helpful and kind. Nothing is too much trouble and they have made our onward travel much easier with their suggestions and organisation. We took the top floor room and the views were fabulous. They do warn that the stairs take some fitness which is true, but I never had to carry my own bag."

"Good service levels"

"Loved it and the staff were great."

"Overall did the job, not exceptional but friendly staff always helpful. A little out of town but incredible views of the Himalayas. Breakfast was not a buffet for some reason, and no fridge/mini bar in room."
