"Poor quality room. Faucets wasnt working well. Room Lighting was poor"

"Check out process needs to be better. While there is no in room mini bar, I had to await a staff checking the room to be sure nothing was broken or stolen. This delayed the check out process. "

"breakfast had very limited options no variety. property was leaking so there are bukets collecting the water all over, property needs a face life, balconies are dirty, i stayed there 2 years ago anf from then to now nig difference in the up keep of property, very sad to see this."

"Breakfast was ok, could have some more varieties in food, juices/hot brewages as there was only 2 types of teas and coffee. Not black tea just 2 herbal teas. Pool is excellent! Changing areas not in service as the hotel is fairly new so many things are still not up and running yet. Staff is very nice but needs a lot of training in being hands on as mentioned hotel is new so there are still in training...very friendly staff though. Always willing and helpful to go the extra mile."
