"I usually don’t leave reviews for these things but I was so impressed by this hotel that I just have to. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is incredible. The thing that impressed me the most was the food. Usually at an all inclusive the food is just passable, not good, not bad. But the food at this place was amazing. Shout out to Chef Mercedes, she is a wizard in the kitchen. I would literally return to this hotel just to eat."

"This is a very nice resort to stay on. It’s clean the rooms are specious and clean the grounds are kept very nice. Pools are very nice. This hotel is a lil far out from the downtown area where everything is happening, some people are cool with that some may not like the 20 min ride back to the hotel. The staff was just ok, some were not as friendly as you would like but front desk guy kinda tall guy was very cool so was the valet guys in the afternoon. "Beautiful unit, setting, and view! Spacious and comfortable, and we loved the rooftop pool and beach access! Not hard to get into the city. The rooftop hot tub wasn’t working, but with the hot weather we didn’t miss it too much. Ana Cecilia and Remy were kind and responsive."

La habitación es acogedora, cómoda, y tiene todo lo que se necesita para estar cómodo y satisfecho, la decoración es muy bonita y me sentí con mi propia libertad y con mi privacidad total también a la misma vez. De seguro volveré de nuevo. Me gustó caminar para la playa y es muy seguro, es de los lugares más seguros que he visitado. Hay una plaza pequeña muy cerca con mini market y 2 restaurantes, la piscina también me gustó. La habitación tiene buen aire acondicionado, la verdad...

"Great place just outside of the main city. The place is beautiful and the view is amazing. The hosts answer questions quickly. Just as a note and had nothing to do with the property. There is a bridge you have to go over to get to the Old City. Traffic can be bad at certain times. It sounds like Ubers, etc. are very cheap and may be better option than driving. The people driving are extremely agressive."

"Unfortunately the location showed the apartment was located at Playa Bonita but it is actually located in Chumical which is 20km away. We were advised by friends who reside in Playa Bonita, whom we wanted to stay close to, that taxis/Uber’s dont go to Chumical and the area is for “adventurous” travelers so we forfeited our non-refundable booking. The host offered a different date but this didn’t resolve the above concerns. "
