"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Villa Copthall! The service was exceptional! Many thanks to the great staff who took very good care of us. I will miss you all. I hope we can meet again! Additionally, the location was very serene. I loved the coziness of being tucked away between the mountains…yet, the hotel was not too far from the capital, and many attractions! My only note to mention was that we saw that breakfast was included in the price. When we checked in, we were told that part of the breakfast (fruit and a drink I believe) were complimentary. However, I was really impressed and grateful that the staff cooked meals to my liking, and even adjusted the menu on occasion. Overall… Great staff! Great food! Great service! Great location!!!"

"Absolute stunning view and friendly staff. Rooms and property were clean and adequate - bonus having a fridge and water kettle in the room. So nice having the restaurant on site. Building certainly not high end and is old in need up updates - but it is clean and functional (as is the state of most properly on the island). Would go again :)"

One of the highlights was the food. Every meal was outstanding, and Chef Damien made the experience unforgettable. You can tell a lot of care and creativity goes into each dish—it was easily some of the best food I’ve had while traveling. The staff was warm, welcoming, and clearly proud of their country. They loved sharing information about Dominica, from local culture to must-see spots, which made the experience feel even more personal and meaningful. Laerie took such good care of us at breakfast and lunch, remembering our likes and dislikes, and sharing interesting information about the food and property. Visiting the open air spa is a MUST! I had two massages, which were the best I have ever received! Noreen is fantastic, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. We'd definitely come back. Book a visit now, you will be so glad you did!!!"
