"Overall the hotel, property, and staff were great and was a 20 mins walk from old town which was very convenient. However, housekeeping was very disappointing. They wouldn’t clean up dirty dishes, there were never enough towels in the bathroom and got a little attitude from the housekeeping staff. We enjoyed our stay but it could have been better."

"The hotel is exceptional. Wonderful property with attentive and friendly staff. Quiet and serene in mid September. Short walk (10 min) to Cavtat along the beautiful harbor. The views are amazing! Will definitely return."

"I will always remember the Sun Gardens hotel for its breath-taking views, their cheerful, helpful, and friendly staff, and for the legendary, world-class breakfast! I will also remember Sun Gardens for the endless stairs at the residence part of the hotel. It was quite a workout going up and down those stairs for five days. Next time we will probably stay in the actual hotel, where there are elevators!"

"Beautiful, very modern and spotlessly clean. Great variety of breakfast.. rooftop pool area is fabulous, wonderful sunset view. The location is perfect, away from the busy old town but conveniently placed for the local bus and walking trails."

"Great!"

"Great amenities, indoor and outdoor pools, beach, spa (hot tub, saunas, gym). Really good restaurant at Lungomare. Nice rooms. Try to get a sea view, its worth it."

"You can't ask for a better location on the water. Nice grounds, pools and restaurants within steps of the entrance. Our only regret is only staying one night. We will definitely be back."

"Excelente hotel, el desayuno delicioso, la regadera maravillosa y todo en general estuvo muy bien. Lo recomiendo mucho."

"Beautiful property. Loved the amenities and restaurants on site."

"Very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent with views of the sea and a lovely beach area. Excellent restaurant with a fabulous breakfast buffet and delicious à la carte options. A wonderful experience. The only drawback was our room had a few issues, such as with the card sensor at the door not working properly and the lights turning off automatically, which was a problem in the evening time being suddenly plunged into darkness. Nevertheless, we...

"The hotel is so beautiful and super clean 7stars specially that we had sea view with balcony it is amazing. Internet super fast 50m/s. brackfast is just good. Downside is that the location is far from old town so you will have to ride bus which is not a big problem specially that it goes every 20mins but cost 13 hkn/one way and 300hkn to and from airport. There is side walk from the hotel to sunsets beach (wich has some restaurants and activities) along the shore so beautiful. IMPORTANT, we...

"Sehr gutes Hotel für Familien"

"You should follow up with clients with the check in process. I got to the place at midnight and nobody ever gave me the instructions to access the property. Thankfully, my driver knew somebody from the company who happened to know the access code…"
