"Wonderful six night stay in a fourth floor sea view suite. My butler Alexa was excellent as was the service received by all the staff. The view from my room was epic. But the views from almost anywhere in the hotel were fabulous. The gym was very good and not oversubscribed. There never was an issue getting a lounger. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The dinners in various restaurants and the room service were of high quality but a bit overpriced even for a luxury hotel. The wine selection...

"The location is really lovely very walkable . We stayed in V level highly recommend the upgrade. Our room was spacious and clean views for days and the dining was really great. Bed was comfy air conditioning worked great. I would stay here again. The customer service was amazing ! Every employee we interacted with was so kind and helpful."

"Clean comfy room, good mattress, awful pillows. great A/C, open walk-in shower room much better than tub like shower. Breakfast buffet was good variety but lots of flies on food and bees/wasps attack (not sting) the food as soon as you sit on the terrace. Stunning beach with multiple entry points. Great sunbeds with foldable head shade! Pools are beautiful, Marina on the west end is the best with incredible view. The Butchers Grill was a tasty send-off our last night. "The location is unbeatable, views from the hotel room towards the sea wonderful. Getting in an out from the water was rather easy, several options available. You can enjoy swimming far into the sea. No boats were coming close to the beach. Cruisers were far away. Breakfast excellent, waiters all very kind and helpful with whatever you need. No problem if you need two espresso drinks. There was though not squeezed orange juice. Perhaps a bigger variety of the pies/Danishes or other pastry would...

"The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. The property was clean and beautiful, except for the balcony due to the seagull poop. I think that area should still be cleaned before new guests arrive if they want to make use of that area. Besides that, my friends and I have no complaints and would absolutely stay there again."

"We had a room in annex building. It was perfect. The balcony was facing the sea and we could see a beautiful sunset. The food was superb both breakfast and dinner. Very good location with plenty of cafe and restaurants outdoor and indoor, live music in the evening. We took a tour to the Islands with pick up in just 5 minutes from hotel at Mlini harbor. Highly recommend."

"The hotel is a 2 star hotel, extractor fan not working, breakfast was very poor and music was loud at night. Not many eating options and you can not add to bill, they want cash. Really disappointed with this place, requires modernisation and an overhaul customer management."

Downside is that the location is far from old town so you will have to ride bus which is not a big problem specially that it goes every 20mins but cost 13 hkn/one way and 300hkn to and from airport.
