"Place was amazing great views The only thing was the tried to move us to another hotel 3 days before, ridiculous , we had a wedding there and we said no . So apart from that place as awesome but I won’t be comeback for that reason they tried to move us"

"The rooms have been renovated and are very nice, and the facilities are generally very good. The WiFi is terrible, it’s fine sitting in reception but barely worked in the room at all, that should be an easy fix. There aren’t enough beds at the pool and beaches for the number of rooms and despite the rules people still reserve them making it a pain. The golf carts down to town were a really good service and it’s near to lots of great restaurants, boat trips etc"

"Wonderful six night stay in a fourth floor sea view suite. My butler Alexa was excellent as was the service received by all the staff. The view from my room was epic. But the views from almost anywhere in the hotel were fabulous. The gym was very good and not oversubscribed. There never was an issue getting a lounger. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The dinners in various restaurants and the room service were of high quality but a bit overpriced even for a luxury hotel. The wine selection by the glass was good. Appreciated that the hotel had a sports bar. The sea view suite was gorgeous but marred by a musty smell of mildew and mold which became apparent early on during the stay. When I discovered the source of the water leak causing the odor, the hotel acted swiftly to try and remedy the situation. The smell was particularly bad by rooms 1422-24. I was assured that new carpet was on order and new air conditioning was being installed. Were it not for this inconvenience I would rate this hotel five stars. I have spent 200 to 250 nights on travel the past 30 years, many nights in top luxury hotels around the world. This is an outstanding hotel."

"Pleasant staff, happy hour lasts about 5hrs, rooms were excellent, pool was a bit busy/noisy with kids but the pool in the sister hotel next door was great. Beach ok 5 mins down the hill. Shopping precinct directly next door with a few touristy shops and a couple of restaurants which were decent. Mini mart on site until late, not pricey. Bus stop into Dubrovnik Old Town at the top of the drive €2.5 (it gets busy but not many people on it by that stop - takes 20 mins) Seemed like a pretty good hotel for the price."

"We loved our stay. The location was perfect with easy bus access to Dubrovnik and time to enjoy the more relaxed atmosphere of Lapad, its beaches and restaurants. We had a room with a balcony allowing us to sit outside and enjoy views of the sea. The room was clean and comfortable. Every staff member was helpful and kind."
