"Lovely property, well maintained and very clean. Friendly staff. Only negative for us was with the one evening meal we had at the property. My husband ordered the fillet steak (which was very expensive), when it arrived - it was not a fillet steak, very thin piece of steak - overcooked and dry. This cut of meat also had a fat cap around it - brought it to the attention of the owner/manager, not sure which. Blamed his butcher, but did not offer to reduce cost - poor response we thought to a...

"Bukela is a beautiful stay, facilities are great, friendly staff and our ranger (Sim) was very knowledgeable. Foodwise is really below average, just not good especially for a 5* resort. It felt like diner was prepared during the day and heated up in the evening, just not fresh. Breakfast was really poor. Only meal that was good was the lunch. No snacks during the day. Due to this matter i will not likely to visit Bukela again nor reconmend to anyone which is regretful as the staff and facilities...
