"Old hotel, broken curtains, broken bed sheets, bad maintenance and poor breakfast. Dammam and Al Khibar offer a lot of better real 5stars hotels with the same prices"

"1- Rooms was old and worn out with low hygiene 2- Breakfast is poor with low quality 3- Bathrooms are rusty, smelly and had issues with water flow and hot water availability 4- Bed stuffing is bad causing lower back pain every morning 5- AC control units did not have an auto option for cooling temp. (You have to set it manually on and off multiple times even during your night sleep) 6- No basement parking available, instead you have to park in a rear parking lot then walk to the main hotel...

"We stayed because of the close distance to where we wanted to go in Dammam. The daily cleaning is fine but not so much in the hidden spots. Bathroom sink had no sink cover and some rust in shower. Room very comfortable and service good. Laundry took longer time than usual."
