"Free valet parking was a bonus as compared with other hotels that charges a fee. But need to budget extra time for the wait of the car especially during peak season. Swimming pool was not the cleanest- many big flies floating on top of the water, looks very disgusting. There were also many live ones crawling on the shore of the pool. No staff was there to clean when we were there; another family decided to use the net to clean by themselves so their kids could use the pool. My kids were not dare to use it still."

"The sheets, towels, and the suite was dirty. We found several hairs and other small debris in our bed sheets. The 3 person max elevator is completely outdated and does not properly operate. The whole building we stayed in had an odd smell. The breakfast was not great. We were also charged $20 per night per vehicle for parking and we were not made aware of this charge until after we checked in. We paid $204.15 for 3 nights of parking & resort fee. Would not recommend staying here."
