"First impression upon arrival was that the hotel is old and has not been renovated in a long time. The rooms were not nice at all. All the common grounds and outdoor amenities were a lot nicer. We enjoyed our time outside of the hotel room. The staff was extremely friendly and made the stay a lot more pleasant. Food was ok and the DJ by the pool was cool. The sunsets were beautiful. I personally would not come back to this resort but we made the best out of our trip and appreciated the outdoor...

"Staff were not helpful. We stay to eat at one sushi restaurant inside but we order stake for dinner. Food was not cooked well and waitress didn't even came onces to check on as. I have to ASK multiple times for water. She didn't check on as about our food or drinks, but yet when it came to the tip it was included in tbe bill. We had no choice. Pool need to be clean. Lots of dead bugs in the pool. For a hotel that apparently is one of the best in el salvador. I would say absolutely NOT. ...

"The location is breathtaking. All staff helpful and professional. Food was delicious . Even loved the dogs roaming around and looking healthy and happy. Only issue is the television in the bedroom, it should be in the living room. Especially if more than one guest. Also, there should be written instructions on how to use the television. We had to settle for what we could find."
