"Es un hotel situado en una bonita zona, el exterior es muy bonito con grandes árboles y bonitos jardines, sin embargo la dirección del hotel es simplemente inexistente, las habitaciones están viejas y descuidadas, alquilamos 3 habitaciones y las 3 duchas estaban rotas. Después de 3 días aún no encontraban nuestra reserva y nos tuvieron una hora esperando en el check out hasta que conseguimos resolver el entuerto. El precio fué muy elevado para las condiciones del hotel. Francamente no...

"Shuttle was seamless, staff friendly, room large with very comfortable bed and small balcony. Whole hotel is a little tired. A lot of city noise through the night, to be expected in the city centre. Addis doesnt see many English speaking guests so there can be misunderstanding due to the language barrier. All staff trued to speak Englush but it is not their first language. All in all a great location and exceptional value stay "

"The good thing I can say about the Hotel is that they provided water on a daily, free breakfast was offered and the ladies who cleaned did their job and the reception desk, the ladies were also polite. What I didn't like was the Hotel either would shut power off sometimes three times a day where you couldn't use WiFi, the elevator was shut down and you had to walk the stairs because of it.
