"Overall, this is one of the better hotels I have stayed at in Addis Ababa. The staff are excellent, the hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast offers a good variety of choices. However, there are a few areas that need attention to bring the hotel up to the standard its other facilities and services suggest. The parking garage is quite tight, making it difficult to enter and exit comfortably. Improving the accessibility and maneuverability of the parking area would be helpful. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower at the beginning of each use. It seemed to be related to the plumbing, possibly connected to the toilet drainage system. I had to run the water for several minutes before the smell subsided. The staff kindly offered to change my room, which I appreciated. However, after speaking with another guest who was experiencing the same issue, I declined the offer, as it appeared to be a more general plumbing problem rather than an issue specific to my room. I recommend that the hotel investigate and address the underlying cause. There is very little space in the bathroom to place toiletries and personal items. The gap between the washbasin and the wall could be used more effectively by installing a small shelf or a simple wooden or plastic platform.The spa and sauna facilities seem to have been treated as an afterthought and are not maintained or managed to the standard expected of the hotel. The shower area is poorly maintained,"

"The airport transfer worked fairly well, it wasn’t waiting for me on arrival but a quick phone call and it turned up. It was waiting at the set time to return to the airport. I was able to check in a little early which was nice/appreciated and I think the hotel is in a good location for a couple of nights in Addis."

"The hotel was great! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. My overall experience was excellent. The only area that could use improvement is communication through the Hotels.com messaging app. Responses could be quicker and more consistent. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!"

"The entire experience of visiting Addas Ababa, was excellent! The city has a million excellent views, with more than half of them from the Sheraton LUX, which offered it all, convenience, clean, shine and service, we got it all. The best was the staff. I’m coming back soon. As for all the warnings, either someone lying or those some kind soldiers"
