"جيدة جدا "

"An absolutely beautiful property with incredible character and incredibly friendly and caring staff. Don't rely on GoogleMaps directions in Fes. It may put you on wrong streets to get here or to some of the other attractions in the area. This is definitely NOT a reason to stay some place else, once you get there you will be glad you took the extra time."

"Le personnel à la réception et au petit déjeuner très desinvesti et mal formé. Plusieurs fois à mes questions à un réceptionniste la personne me répondait qu'il ne savait pas et me demandait de faire les recherches moi même. C'est la première fois que je vis cela dans un établissement hôtelier. Pour être servi au petit déjeuner il fallait partir à la recherche d'une personne dédiée à cette tâche qu'on pouvait trouver en train de téléphoner avachi sur un canapé dans une pièce à côté. Pas...

"The property looks great but it’s old and it shows. My room was well appointed and very clean. I had to deal with a toilet issue that the staff couldn’t fix although they tried several times. I also had a leaky sink. They eventually changed my room the next day. That was frustrating. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. In my experience, if you are an English only speaker, some of the front desk staff and front hotel staff do not speak good English nor do they communicate well. ...

"Yusuf and Abdul went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was the best we had during our time in Morocco. The mint tea was especially good. The location was convenient for exploring Fes. Highly recommend staying here for your visit to Fes."

"We enjoyed our stay! It was easy to locate Palais Fes Yahya as they have several flashes on the medina walls directing you once you are in the general area. All of the staff were super helpful with any questions we had - whether it was a helping us with laundry, how to book an early morning taxi to the bus station or recommendations for a restaurant or a Hammam. The air conditioning worked great and cooled the room down quickly upon return from a hot walk through the medina. Breakfast was...

"Outstanding hotel. Rooms are great. Bar and restaurant top level. Nothing to complaint"

"مقبولة لكن لا يوجد إنترنت و لا شطاف ماء في الحمام و لا علاقات ملابس و المجمع يحتاج إلى عناية أكثر أما المسبح فجميل . تشيك آوت كان بطيئاً جداً."

"The staff is AMAZING"

"A charming and well run Riad on the outskirts of the Medina. The room was comfortable with incredible views. The location was very convenient for exploring the Medina and the staff were lovely and welcoming. The food served in their restaurant was delicious and they have the best harira soup in town! I would definitely recommend this Riad and would stay here again."

"Overall is located close to all activities, spacious room, great BKFST"

"Location was good, right in the middle of the medina, but can be tricky to navigate too with people trying to “help” but always asking for money. Room was decent but had a lingering smell of urine and although door secured, a very large crack between the doors that anyone can see right into your room. Staff offered help & recommendations but seemed all they wanted was tips as well."

"Magical place. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended."

"فندق ممتاز وموقعه ممتاز ملاصق للكارفور ومركز تسوق ولكن بعض الاحيان الواي فاي يفصل او يكون ضعيفا "
