"We had the one bedroom suite and it was great! Very spacious and master bedroom was awesome with a huge jacuzzi tub for my wife to unwind in. The only thing I would say is the “downfall” the waterpark with the slides cost over 20$ per person and it’s not as big as it seems in pictures."

"Excelente transporte a los parques de Universal. Estuve 8 noches el día 7 no me hicieron la habitación"

"Very good condition, accessible lovely team"

"Low on staff so no housekeeping services available. Chicken sandwich was not a full portion, more bread than meat"

"Excelentes!"

"It is still under construction/renovation but our rooms were completed very nicely with modern style and function. We would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely hotel. Nice and clean. Staff were very helpful"

"Absolute nightmare Absolute horrible place, extremely expensive, with a very very poor service. Crazy parking fee of the $60 per night, and you have to wait 15 minutes for your car. So if you wanna get stressed out and ripped off and have a horrible time, go for this place"
