She was also very accommodating regarding the change in booking at last minute due to the weather. I would recommend the hotel simply based on the owner’s attitude. It is clear she is a reasonable and accommodating person and would strive to satisfy her customers"

"When we arrived with my kids we were 'downgraded' to other facility - Delphi Palace, old outdated hotel, no family room and no fireplace as promised for the facility I originally booked.
