"The staff was helpful, the room was clean!"

"The room was decent. We were not a fan of the beds, they were too hard, but that's just our preference. The hotel it's self is ok. They carpets throughout the whole facility were dirty in the hallways.. The second floor, where our room was, smelled like gas. The clerk that check is in on Friday was nice but he just acted like a robot and going through a script someone wrote for him. Not much of a personality for someone who works in hospitality. The breakfast was ok. Eggs were watery. But when...

"You get what you pay for. The room had a strong musty odor when we entered. There was black mold or mildew on the blackout curtains. The paint was peeling off of the walls in the bathroom. Water came out brown from the shower to start. Beds were comfortable though and all we needed was a nights sleep so we made it work."

"I was impressed with how well preserved the home was. I didn't notice if it was there but a little house history would have been fun to know. Like what year it was built.Our stay was lovely. This has been a difficult year for my family, a lot of heartbreak & heartache. This was a nice opportunity for my adult son, adult daughter and her 10 year old son, and my husband, their step father, to spend time together, for us to all have a change of senery and just enjoy being together."

"Stayed here to visit our son at Miami University (35 min drive to campus). The setting is beautiful and the yellow farmhouse sits back from the road and from the other rental property, so we had total privacy. Thoughtful set up outside with patio and fire pit. Walk to the river was a bonus. I love to bird watch, and tallied 30 species on day one. Metamora is a cute town nearby. Recommend The Blue Umbrella for breakfast. Lots of hiking around Brookville Lake. House very comfortable and well laid...

"Everything was great. The home was clean, the location was perfect for what we needed, the only downside was that the hot water heater stopped working partway through our stay. They did send someone out to fix it, which temporarily did fix the problem, but then it stopped working again. The property manager was very helpful and considerate in trying to get everything fixed. "

"The condo is perfect for our work in Batesville. There are two of us working as consultants and we can have collaboration space downstairs and our own sleeping spaces in the two bedroom unit. We will always use this rental for our time in Batesville."
