"Shower walls need cleaned - bad! Otherwise nice enough "

"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean, however, on our last night there, the smoke alarms were going off, and we were offered another room, in a different building free of charge. However, the next day when checking out, I was told that since I prepaid, I didn't get the room free. Just because the room was prepaid shouldn't have made a difference."

"Room was easy to access after hours, kind staff when I called. Very cabin like and cozy stay. "

"I booked this room through expedia. I called the hotels local number to speak to a front desk representative to ask if they had a pool and a hot tub. The person I spoke to told me that they have both also that the pool was heated. I booked and found out that there was no hot tub , and the pool was not heated. So it was not a good time for my children , and I was hoping to relax in the hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful.So no complaints there. The room was standard for the price point. "

"Overall the room looked clean; however, there were socks on the floor which makes me question if the floor was checked very well. The underside of the shelf in the bathtub was very dirty. "
