"The hotel was the best hotel I've stayed in the last couple of years. Staff was polite and prompt, breakfast was served perfectly with all cooked with organic ingredients. Dinner was an amazing experience as it was fine dining with very tasty food and served by professional staff from the restaurant. I would definitely stay in this hotel again for my next visit to the Frysland."

"The hotel is set between a motorway and a petrol station which did not seem like a great location, however the hotel has its own grounds with a nice pond with some benches and was actually very relaxing outside area. The bar and restaurant also have open frontages with balconies and it was a very nice setting. The hotel is an older build which seemed to be undergoing a refresh when I visited. "Clean large room with terrace with a great seaview love come back here in the summer for walks and bike riding. Lovely area not been here for over 40 years since I left the Netherlands. Highly recommend this hotel for a longer stay, originally only booked for one night with booked another night straight away. Amazing for water sports.
