"Honestly, absolutely everything. The staff were extremely helpful. Coming from America I did not know any Japanese. I was traveling with my son who was going to be going to college there. I’m the very first day my son got lost on his way to school. The Kyushu university. I was terrified. I went down to the lobby and the staff helped me find my son.

"Staff was nice. The laundry machine was a life saver. Bed and bath was clean. The furniture and walls were noticeably blemished. Good location though."

"good"

"Clean room. Good location. High value for money."

"One of the best stays for me even if it was only for an evening. Definitely will stay here again!"
