"Clean. Quiet. Easy check in and easy check out. Staff extremely helpful"

"Very nice, clean, convenient location and friendly staff. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is clean and with good amenities. Excellent location close to Hakata station, but you can hear some train noise at night. The only thing I don’t like is the reception that helped me with my check-in. Her name is Araki and she was really rude during the whole checkin process, didn’t use any “please” and had a very bad attitude."

"The washing machine is useful but user instruction could be clearer as some may not be familiar with certain brand of machine."

"Very convenient location. Rooms were nice and clean. Washing machine is very small so don’t expect to be doing large batches of laundry. Small load at most. Overall I would stay again"

"Location is the key. Most day tours meet by the hotel so it’s super convenient. Late checkout from Expedia is also super helpful."

"The breakfast was pretty good with a little bit of everything. There was a freezer at the entrance from the lobby that had a nice ice cream bar in it. Spa was smaller than other APA hotels I have been in but it was good."

"チェックインに時間がかかりすぎでした。混んではいましたが、あんなにチェックインを待たされたことはありません。フロントスタッフも、3つ星ホテルらしい丁寧さはなかったです。全員がアルバイトのようでした。 部屋も壁などが汚れていて、料金に見合わない感じでした。楽しみにしていたホテルでしたが残念でした。"

"This is an excellent hotel that we just picked by shear good luck. The hotel is very clean, breakfast buffet is fantastic, rooms are clean with fresh water in the fridge everyday. Hotel staff very friendly & spoke basic English which helped for us. Location is great as well, right next to Canal City shopping & food and a short walk to Hakata station which is a major hub making travel anywhere easy. Neighborhood very safe as well. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Fukuoka!"

"別の建物に宿泊するのは知らなかったが、部屋は綺麗でよかった。"
