"We really enjoyed our stay at the cmon inn, There was a little problem with the first room that they put us in with some water leaking so they upgraded us to a suite which was really nice. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They helped us with our late check-in as we arrived at 10:30 in the evening. The location was easy to find off the highway. We have nothing but good things to say and would love to stay here again on our next trip to Montana."

"This is a good hotel near the Yellowstone park entrance. It’s near many restaurants which are easily walkable. Their breakfast is good"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were pillow tops and were comfortable. The breakfast was standard fare, with waffles, yogurt, Danish, cereal, etc. We had some trepidation when we first walked into the lobby. It looked a bit cheesy, but the room was very nice. Parking was convenient, but there were a number of stairs required in order to get to the first floor. We carry a lot of heavy gear and it made it more difficult since we couldn't roll everything right into the room...

"Overall, the hotel is very nice for a relatively economical price only real drawer back I found being an older adult was no walk-in shower. Only coffee available in the lobby. There is no breakfast at all available."

"The hotel is going through some staff issues and the new housekeeping company is useless. Rooms were not well kept, dirty towels were given to me when I asked for new ones. Bedsheets smelled and had stains. Floors were dirty. Horrible. A shame because I stayed here a couple years ago and it was wonderful. Definitely won’t be back. I do have to say. Sonya is the manager and she was really, really trying to keep the guests happy, as I wasn’t the only one with issues. Poor gal had seen better days....

"We arrived here on our last night after touring yellow stone for 3 days. The hotel staff was great, they had water jet massage chairs, hot tub and pool to relax in after long days hiking. Restaurant on site made it easy - great rooms and beds."

"What a delight to stay at Under the Canvas West. The staff is super helpful and accommodating to your needs. We loved the glamping experience. Our tent had an indoor bathroom which met our needs. The small wood burning stove kept us warm at night. This is a great option if you like camping but want a slightly elevated experience. I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff in the afternoons through evenings were the very best. 10/10. The cleaning staff that got new towels and trash bags and coffee each day for our room were incredible. There was coffee and tea and fresh cookies and ice cream every day. This hotel is walking distance to the shops in town. Close by the little grocery stores too. And a minute drive to entrance to west Yellowstone. I would for sure stay here !"

"Gray Wolf is under construction. We were told the room we reserved was not available. The front desk staff tried to accommodate but were limited. Also- no breakfast as advertised when reservation made."

"Room was fairly spacious for the 3 of us but bigger suitcases had to placed on the floor. Parking is free but was usually full in the evenings. Using the laundry machine was easy and the cost was nominal. A car is needed to get to the restaurants in the downtown. Comfortable stay overall."

"Very clean with comfortable bedding and very friendly staff. In between the airport and downtown Bozeman and right off the interstate but very quiet. Would definitely stay here again!!"
