"Hotel is in a prime location for a relaxing view of the ocean, however the balcony and its long chairs are never cleaned, they were full of bird poop, we could therefore not enjoy the premium we paid for the position of our room and its balcony, staff was unresponsive. Dans la chambre, manque d’insonorisation, cela peut être très bruyant en fonction des voisins. Pas de cafetière ni de frigo. La douche est mal conçue, la salle de bain se transforme rapidement en piscine ; de plus j’avais l’impression d’être rationné pour le gel douche (des micros berlingots), on en avait jamais assez.
