"This was my first time visiting JNB. Location was fantastic close to the mall and Mandela square. Staff was fantastic and breakfast with lots of varieties. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Staff was very attentive to details. "

Unfortunately the power kept going off and their generator only provided lighting, no power sockets or tv which was frustrating. Investing in a better generator backup system would be good for customers. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

The best thing about the hotel was the staff -- they helped us with every request with a smile, whether it was large or small. I would definitely stay there again."
