The owners have preserved the historic aspects of the building while thoroughly modernizing the rooms and they are extremely clean. The restaurants are excellent, I ate at Le 9th several times. "We were a party of 17 staying in Projan as it was in close proximity for our son and daughter in law’s wedding in Viella. We had a mix of ages and the only negative comment would be we had anticipated a larger barbecue to cater for the numbers staying. The whole property and spread of accommodation was excellent and more than ample to both entertain and relax. "

"Salvador is a great host and very helpful. We really enjoyed our short stay. We stayed during a heatwave so the room was fairly warm in spite of Salvador's efforts to cook it down. But, he is working in improving that. And to be fair, the weather was exceptionally hot! The pool is excellent and certainly made to for it. "

It is minutes away from Condom and Romieu, an hour or so from Auch - and in the midst of a number of Armagnac distilleries to discover. My room was very comfortable, breakfasts were excellent, and the one dinner I had was exquisite."
