"Nice very large Western/Japanese room with excellent front desk staff. Took just a few minutes to checkin. The front desk was very helpful and volunteered to bring our luggage to our room when the bell boy wasn't available. "Good onsen facilities. Well maintained place, good value for money."

"Very nice, modern hotel close to Takayama train and bus station and the old town. The hotel is modern, rooms are reasonably compact but very nice, clean and modern. The spa is nice with great views over the city. Takayama is lovely and very pretty with some very good restaurants. Shirakawa-go well worth the 50.min trip from Takayama. Definitely recommend the Amanek hotel"

"Wonderful location. Perfect for the family. Kids loved the projector in the room for a movie night after a long day walking"

"Buen hotel, gente Amable. El onsen privado fue excelente."

"Great hotel with public bath. Rooms are ok and breakfast was ample on the menu. Nice stay."

"Staff were caring friendly and incredibly helpful"
