"Believe me, the Omni in Richmond is a wonderful hotel. I’ll just say that if you’re looking for a luxurious top tier level of hotel, it isn’t all the way there. You’ll notice some little things top hotels don’t let slide. The walls are super thin. I felt like I could have a conversation with our neighbors through the wall (without yelling). We were lucky not to hear any nefarious activities going on. Also, the bathroom door had some wear and tear. The windows needed a scrubbing too. No big deal....

"We were very happy with our stay at Linden Row. Parking is a block away for $10. The property, especially the rooms show their age. However, our room was decorated in a way that reminded us of the old South, specifically old Charleston. The bed was very comfy and the AC worked great. Coffee in the lobby was good. Breakfast on the property is ordered then brought to your room. The highlight is sweet Annabelle… the sweetest kitty on earth! We would definitely stay there again."

"Have to walk through pool area to get to the fitness center. Pipe in the closet leaked from the room above. Charged me for parking when it was paid for with my room when booked through Expedia. Breakfast was also included in my price, but tstill bring a bill to your table."

They change towels (no fresh linens, no cleaning) every other day. Literally we got new towels and a roll of toilet paper. Supposedly if you stay a week they clean the room. Of course this was not the way an attendant should treat a guest. There are many other hotel choices and I will definitely consider others because of his sarcasm and rudeness."
