"Everything was excellent other than one of the two lifts being out of order my entire 3 night stay."

"Great hotel and great location. Buffet breakfast was convenient, but not a must."

"Hotel was clean throughout, and all staff very friendly & pleasant. Was clear in booking process that there was no bathroom in room. The bathrooms/toilets are very clean, and their are many throughout the building, and at least one close to every room. Breakfast was fine (bacon, eggs, toast, tea, coffee, orange juice, cereal). Around 5minute walk to Paddington station. Excellent budget option for the price."

"A good hotel on the edge of the West End theater district. Rooms are typically small like most London hotels, but are well- appointed, quiet, and clean. We didn’t try out the restaurants or other services in our brief stay but would happily stay here again:"

"No AC and on a very busy corner so we couldn’t sleep with the windows open even if we wanted to. Toilets were extremely difficult to flush, having to hold them multiple times just to get the bowl to work"

"Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was amazing (a large variety of well prepared food every morning). The location near Victoria Station was excellent for either foot travel or riding the Underground during our stay. We are frequent travelers to London and will definitely stay there again."

"موظفين الاستقبال يحتاجون الكثير من التدريب واللباقه"

"I loved this place! It has style and character. It is renovated very well with excellent colors and theme. I stayed in the two twin bed room with a friend, it was cozy and perfect for what we needed. Loved the coffee station on the second floor. I want to stay again."

"جميع الخدمات متوفرة ولكن الاثاث قديم وكذلك فرش ارضية الغرفة والمصاعد تصدر اصوات مزعجة"

"The Bailey's Hotel London is AMAZING. This was our first trip to London and we have already decided we will NOT stay anywhere else. The location is great, right next to the Gloucester Road tube stop, literally across the street and that matters at the end of the day when you're tired! The grounds and hotel are beautiful and immaculately kept. The staff is so polite and helpful and ready to answer any questions. This hotel feels upscale with the service they provide. The decor is just beautiful...

"Close enough to the metro and restaurants"

"Excellent stay. Perfect location in London!"

"We booked a family room and was pleasantly surprised - the beds were comfy, the room was clean and spacious - I was very happy it was a 2 room setup! There was a nice TV in each room, charger for each bed but no glassware/cups. The balcony was great but could be a risk for small children and the lock to it was broken, also the air conditioning wasn't working but considering it was September it wasn't too bad. I would definitely go back if I needed to do London in the winter months!"
