"AC in our room wasn’t working when we checked in and there was supposed to be someone by to fix it but it never happened and AC started working the morning of checkout, picked this hotel due to convenience of it location and for the AC. Room we where in was very hot all night."

"Whenever I visit Poznań, I stay at Don Prestige Residence. The location is excellent, right in the Old Town and within walking distance of hundreds of restaurants, cafés, and the Market Square. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is always very tasty with a good selection of options. The only downside is that the windows do not provide great sound insulation, so traffic noise from outside can be noticeable at night. Aside from that, it's a great place to stay, and I keep coming back...

"Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist gut. Leider hatten wir bei dem ersten Zimmer etwas Pech mit einem nicht richtig sauberen Zimmer, aber wir konnten umziehen und dort war es dann sauber. Die Einrichtung wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch war das zweite Zimmer sauber."

"It is sad to see a hotel decline as this Novotel has. I have been staying here each year for about the past 4 or 5 years and steadily see services and quality go down but the prices increase! Where do I start: Reception - some (read very few)staff were good - others just rude and very inattentive. For example, I called four times as the remote for the TV did not work properly. They answered the first two times then the following two times just hung up. I could not get the TV to turn off so I...

"All in all, this was a very nice hotel. It is located on a square that is very central, yet very quiet. There is a pleasant bar/restaurant with lovely seating outside on the square in warm weather. The personnel are all young, but very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite large. The room furnishings are “old fashioned” (heavy wood) in case that bothers you (it was fine for me). The bathroom was modernized and spotless. The breakfast was not spectacular, but OK. There was plenty of choice...

"As a USA visitor that was a little nervous about getting a hotel in another country, this was such an amazing stay. It’s right off of town square, beautiful rooms, AC, and the staff was so incredibly nice. I will absolutely be staying here again in the future."
